DOA Guarantee If your machine faults within 10 days of your purchase we will confirm the fault asap and replace the machine from our own stock*. No lengthy delays and frustrating back and forth with Apple. Again the buck stops with us. *If machine is not in stock it should come in next day (excluding products on backorder with Apple.) 4. Maintenance Plan and Trade In We run our own maintenance plans here and offer you a Bonus first service if you wish to participate. This is a saving of $149! If you decide to continue on our maintenance plan we offer you a guaranteed extremely high trade in price! Of course the added reward is your machine stays in good order for the duration of your ownership! 5. We treat our customers as we would want to be treated... This says it all really.
